Homeowners/Buyers/Sellers

HOMEOWNERS/BUYERS/SELLERS
British Standard 7671 requires that domestic property undergoes a full periodic electrical inspection at every change of occupancy or no greater than every ten years, whichever occurs first.

As a homeowner, you want to know what condition your 'electrics' are in and if you and your family are safe.

As a buyer, you may want to see what you are letting yourself in for prior to 'completing' a property purchase.

As a seller, you can assure potential purchasers or other interested parties of the electrical integrity & safety of your property

A periodic electrical test & inspection is now frequently required by mortgage lenders, solicitors, estate agents and insurance companies as part of the normal 'searches' which are carried out during property transactions. From June 2007 with the introduction of the 'Sellers Pack'(Home Information Pack), if a property does not have electrical certification then a 'Periodic' will be required.

The periodic electrical inspection, test & certification is comprehensive, detailed and thorough. It is an industry standard - to BS7671 and can be likened to an 'M.O.T' on the electrical installation.
